Aaron Butler

Aaron Butler has over two decades of experience in healthcare IT, most notably as Director of Digital Business Applications at Piedmont Healthcare since January 2007, where responsibilities include the technical delivery of Patient Experience initiatives such as online patient self-scheduling and the MyChart portal. Prior roles at Piedmont include Director of Applications for Community Connect and Patient Experience, and Application Manager for Epic Community Connect, where Aaron successfully led the implementation of Epic in over 60 affiliate practices. Earlier in Aaron's career, experience at Dermatology Associates of Tyler involved significant contributions to NextGen EHR content development and technical support. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Music from Texas A&M University-Commerce, earned between 1990 and 1993.
