Caroline Taylor

Caroline Taylor, MHA, currently serves as Performance Improvement Lead at Piedmont, focusing on driving process and system improvement initiatives while facilitating multidisciplinary meetings and mapping key processes to enhance efficiency. Previously, Caroline held the position of Quality Specialist at Sequent Health Physician Partners, managing quality performance metrics across 36 practices and achieving notable increases in patient compliance. Prior roles include Operational Excellence Intern at Northeast Georgia Health System, where methodologies for process improvement were developed, and various positions at UK HealthCare, including Pediatric Patient Care Assistant, which involved implementing Telehealth services during COVID-19. Caroline earned a Master of Health Administration from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Leadership and Management from the University of Kentucky.
