Christi Carmichael

Christi Carmichael is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as the Executive Director of Operations for Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine at Piedmont since December 2022. Prior roles include Director of Physician Operations at Piedmont Heart Institute from June 2018 to December 2022, and Director of Practice Operations at WellStar Health System from February 2014 to June 2018. Christi also held the position of Practice Manager for Specialty Services at Kaiser Permanente from November 2010 to February 2014, as well as Senior Manager at Emory Healthcare from January 2004 to November 2010. Christi earned a Master's degree in Health Administration from Saint Louis University between 1998 and 2000 and a degree from the University of Michigan from 1994 to 1998.
