Joe Elliott

Joe Elliott is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in information services, currently serving as Regional Executive Director of Information Services at Piedmont Healthcare since August 2012, following a tenure as Senior Director of Regional IS Services. Prior to this, Joe held the position of VP/CIO and HIPAA Security Officer at Southern Regional Health System from June 1999 to August 2012, and began their career as a Senior Technician at NCR Corporation from 1980 to 1985. Joe holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University (2006-2007) and a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Pre-Law Studies from Georgia State University. Joe graduated from Fayette County High School in 1980.
