Justin Leal

Justin Leal serves as the System Vice President of Clinical Operations and PMH Vice President of Operations at Piedmont Healthcare since December 2015, overseeing nursing and clinical support services, among other responsibilities. Previously, Justin held the position of Executive Director of Operations at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital from October 2013 to December 2015, and before that, served as Senior Director of Operations and Emergency Services Business Manager at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital from February 2008 to October 2013. Justin's early career included roles as a Senior System Analyst at Wellstar Health System and a Health Services and Facilities Consultant for the State of Florida Department of Health. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Longwood University, a Bachelor of Science in Information Science/Studies from Florida State University, and certificates in Quality & Process Improvement from Mercer University and Lean Healthcare from Belmont University.
