Scott Branam

Scott Branam currently serves as Associate General Counsel at Piedmont Lithium Inc., overseeing a legal team while reporting to the Chief Legal Officer. Previously, Scott held senior legal positions at Compass Group, Passport, and served as Corporate Counsel and Compliance Officer at Gardner Skelton PLLC, advising on complex regulatory matters. Additional experience includes roles as Attorney at Sodoma Law and Partner at Milazzo Schaffer Webb Law, with a focus on corporate and business litigation. Scott has provided legal counsel in various sectors, including healthcare, and has a strong foundation in contract negotiation, compliance, and risk management. Scott earned a Juris Doctor from The University of Toledo College of Law, a Master’s Degree in Sports Management from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communications from Miami University.
