Tiffany Cothran

Tiffany Cothran is an experienced educator and arts administrator with a diverse background in teaching and theater management. Currently serving as a Teacher Librarian at Piedmont Unified School District since August 2019, Tiffany previously held the role of Para Educator within the same district from August 2018 to June 2019. Prior to this, Tiffany spent nearly a decade as the Managing Director of Crowded Fire Theater Company, focusing on the financial and administrative management of the organization. Earlier roles included significant positions in education, such as Associate Director of Education at TheatreWorks and various teaching positions in the Oakland Unified School District. Tiffany's expertise in dramaturgical and educational outreach was further developed through independent contracting for multiple Bay Area theaters. Educational qualifications include a Master of Library & Information Science from San Jose State University and a Bachelor's degree in Theatre and Dance from the University of Mary Washington.
