Vanessa Spofford

Vanessa Spofford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various roles within the retail and education sectors. Currently serving as a Managing Market Partner at MONAT Global since November 2020, Vanessa has excelled as a Market Partner. Concurrently, Vanessa has been employed as a Special Education Paraprofessional II with the Piedmont Unified School District since September 2019, holding CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Certification. Prior to these positions, Vanessa was a Council Member at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) and spent nearly two decades at Charlotte Russe in ascending roles, ultimately reaching the position of DMM/VP of Merchandising, where Vanessa was recognized with a Hall of Fame Award. Vanessa's educational background includes a degree in Merchandise Marketing from FIDM and studies at San Diego State University.
