Jeff Matthews is an experienced technology and operations executive, currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Operations at Piedmont Water Company since November 2005. Prior roles include Director of Product Management and Director of Strategic Pricing at BellSouth, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing tariff creation and managing a team that produced extensive regulatory filings. Additionally, Matthews held positions such as Senior Manager of Retail Pricing at BellSouth Long Distance and Business Analyst at Sprint Corporation. An alumnus of Georgia State University with a Master's degree in Decision Sciences and Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor's degree in History and Business Administration, Matthews also served in the United States Navy as a Supply Officer aboard the USS HUNLEY.
