Doni Whitlow

Doni Whitlow, MBA, SPHR has a diverse work experience in human resources and project management. They started as a Human Resources Manager at ARAMARK in 2005, before moving on to roles such as a Human Capital Consultant at TriNet, Human Resources Manager at SouthWest Water Company, and a Human Resources Consultant at D. Wesley Consultancy, LLC. Their most recent position has been as a Human Resources Director at Pieper-Houston Electric since 2022. Doni's experience includes providing leadership, support, and guidance in various HR practices and objectives across different industries.

Doni Whitlow completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Management / Human Resources at Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge from 1999 to 2005. Later, in 2012-2013, Doni obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a field of study in Business Administration from Texas Southern University. Doni also obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in 2011.
