Paul Gallen is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in catering and food and beverage management. Currently serving as the President of The Pier Sixty Collection since August 2012, Paul previously held significant positions including Assistant Director of Catering Sales at New York Hilton Midtown and Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Waldorf Astoria New York. Early in the career, Paul contributed as Director of Catering for The American Museum of Natural History and as Catering Manager at The Plaza, A Fairmont Managed Hotel. With a foundational education from Shannon College of Hotel Management, culminating in a BA in International Hotel Management & Business Studies, Paul Gallen has built a robust career within the hospitality industry.
