Kristina Cintron, MPA, serves as the Director of Facilities and Capital Projects for the Pierce County Library System since May 2018, leading capital facility projects and organizational development initiatives while being a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. Prior experience includes managing operations at DaVita Kidney Care, overseeing a $7 million annual budget and leading a team of 11 full-time staff, and serving as Senior Operations Manager at Lifelong AIDS Alliance, where Kristina launched reception teams and built administrative support structures. Earlier experience as Housing Manager at HopeSource focused on overseeing multiple housing programs and ensuring program integrity and client safety. Kristina holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Seattle University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Western Washington University.
