Kayla Lesniewski

Kayla Lesniewski is a seasoned human resources professional with a progressive career spanning multiple roles and organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Pierce Engineers since August 2023, Kayla previously held the position of Human Resources Project Manager at Spaulding Clinical Research, LLC from December 2021 to July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources/Nursing Scheduler, and Human Resources Intern at Ovation Communities from March 2017 to December 2021. Kayla earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from the Lubar College of Business, attending from 2012 to 2017, and graduated from Catholic Memorial High School in 2012.
