Emilija Frew has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Emilija is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Pierce Group - Riders in Ecommerce. Prior to this, they worked as a Digital Marketing specialist at OSL from December 2021 to April 2023. Emilija also served as the VP Growth at DanAds from June 2021 to November 2021. From 2020 to 2021, they were the CIO at Profoto. Emilija has also worked as a Management Consultant for multiple companies from April 2019 to March 2020. Before that, they held the position of Global Head of Digital Commercial Performance at HSBC from March 2017 to February 2019. Emilija has significant experience in the telecommunications industry, having served as the Global Head of Online at Tele2 from September 2013 to February 2017, and as the Global Digital Marketing and E-commerce Manager from August 2012 to September 2013. Emilija started their career at the Telegraph Media Group, where they held various positions in digital optimization and audience development from 2009 to 2012. Emilija began their professional journey as an Assistant Publishing Manager at VideoJug in 2008.
Emilija Frew pursued their education at the University of the Arts London from 2005 to 2008, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia. Prior to this, from 2003 to 2005, they attended Red Cross Nordic UWC, where they completed the International Baccalaureate program with a focus on English, Higher Math, Economics, and Philosophy.

During the first quarter of 2021, Pierce concluded an IPO and listed its shares on Nasdaq Stockholm's main market.
