Raul Oseguera

Raul Oseguera serves as the Head of Risk at Piermont Bank since October 2024. Prior to this role, Oseguera held several senior positions, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Risk Officer at Quontic Bank from November 2020 to October 2024, and Chief Risk Officer and SVP Operations at Cross River Bank between May 2014 and November 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Mariner's Bank from August 2012 to May 2014 and Senior Vice President roles focused on enterprise risk and IT operations at City National Bank of New Jersey from June 1990 to July 2012. Oseguera's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from Penn State University and a BA in Finance from Cal State Fullerton.
