Axel Kaass

Axel Kaass serves as the CFO DACH at Pierre Fabre Group since May 2023, following a role as Finance Director DACH at Haleon from July 2022 to April 2023. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Beiersdorf from August 2012 to June 2022, where responsibilities encompassed financial steering for Germany and Switzerland with over €700 million in revenue. Additionally, as Finance Director for Northern Latin America, Axel oversaw finance operations across several countries with a combined revenue exceeding €250 million. Axel's career started at Henkel Mexicana from November 2003 to August 2012, where roles included Process Manager for General Accounting and various strategic finance positions. Axel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration, completed in September 1999.
