Caroline Miklaszewski has a strong background in pharmaceutical project management and research and development. Caroline has worked in various roles at Pierre Fabre Group, including Global R&D Project Manager and Project Director for Rare Disease. In these positions, they managed global and transversal R&D projects, led a global program for rare diseases, and coordinated decisional meetings. Caroline obtained a Master 2 degree in clinical development from Faculté de Médecine-Pharmacie-Poitiers in the year 2004. In the same year, they also earned a CESAM degree from Université Paris VII. Prior to that, Caroline received their Pharmacist degree in the field of Industrie Pharmaceutique from Faculté de Pharmacie-Toulouse, spanning from 1998 to 2004. Additionally, they hold a certification in project management from the Project Management Institute which was obtained in the year 2019.
