Isabelle Girolami

Isabelle Girolami is the Chief Executive Officer of LCH Ltd since October 2019, overseeing global clearing services across various asset classes, including Equities and Fixed Income. Additionally, Isabelle serves as a Board Member at Pierre Fabre Group. Prior experience includes serving as the Global Head of Markets at Crédit Agricole CIB from September 2015 to September 2019, and Regional Head of Financial Markets ASEAN and Head of FM Europe at Standard Chartered Bank from September 2008 to July 2015. Isabelle's earlier roles include COO Fixed Income International at Bear Stearns & Co. (2000-2008) and COO Fixed Income at BNP Paribas (1993-2000), along with a finance position at STMicroelectronics Grenoble (1989-1993). Isabelle's educational background includes a Master's degree from HEC Paris and attendance at Lycée Louis le Grand for prepa HEC.
