Luciana Dolezal

Luciana Dolezal has extensive experience in quality control and quality assurance, currently serving as the Quality, Health and Safety Manager at Pierre Fabre Group since September 2007, after holding the position of Quality Control and Quality Assurance Manager. Prior to this role, Luciana worked at Mappel Laboratórios as Gerente de Controle de Qualidade e Garantia da Qualidade from May 2003 to September 2007, and at Fresenius Medical Care as Chefe de Controle de Qualidade from January 2001 to May 2003, focusing on physical-chemical and microbiological quality control, as well as packaging materials. Luciana began her career at Indústria Química e Farmacêutica Schering-Plough as Supervisora de Controle de Qualidade from April 1993 to December 2000. Academically, Luciana holds a Postgraduate degree in Leadership from the Ibmec (2017-2018) and a degree in Pharmacy from Universidade Federal Fluminense (1981-1985).
