Manon Estival

Manon Estival is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and logistics transformation. Since March 2018, Manon has held various roles at Pierre Fabre Group, including Change Manager for Logistics Transformation Projects and CRM International Project Manager, overseeing the deployment of CRM tools across multiple countries and driving omnichannel project initiatives. Prior experience includes a position as a Junior Consultant in Aeronautics at Altran, focusing on manufacturing process management and quality control, and serving as an On-board Train Agent at SNCF, providing customer support. Manon holds an Advanced Master's Degree in Innovation & Transformation from CentraleSupélec and a Master's degree in System and Mechanical Engineering from INSA Toulouse, complemented by an academic exchange in Project Management at Université du Québec en Outaouais.
