Philipp Graber

Philipp Graber has over 9 years of work experience in human resources and talent management. Philipp is currently the Head of Human Resources Switzerland & Austria at Pierre Fabre Group since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Talent Management at Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund from June 2020 to October 2022. Before that, they worked as the Talent & Career Manager at Manor AG from September 2017 to June 2020. Philipp also had roles as a Talent Development Specialist at PageGroup from March 2015 to March 2017 and as an Internal Recruiter/Talent Management Consultant at Hays from June 2013 to March 2015.

Philipp Graber earned a B.Sc. in Businesslaw from ZHAW School of Management and Law in 2012. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Advanced Studies in Human Resource Management from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, with an expected completion date of 2023.
