Rachel Marouani is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles across various sectors, particularly in the luxury goods and retail industries. Currently serving as the Non Executive Chair of the Board at AFFLELOU Groupe, Rachel also holds the position of Investor and President at MAJOADO 1946 and is the Founder of TALISMAN By. Additional roles include being a Strategic Committee & Board Member at ADEO and a Supervisory & Strategic Committee Board Member at Pierre Fabre Group. With a strong background in marketing and e-commerce, Rachel previously led MAKE UP FOR EVER as President & CEO and served as President & CEO of FRED Paris. Education includes a Master's in Marketing Management from ESSEC Business School.
