Stephanie Redon

Stephanie Redon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in packaging and purchasing within the cosmetic industry. Currently serving as the Global Development Packaging Director at Pierre Fabre Group since November 2016, Stephanie has held various leadership roles including Head of Project Portfolio Management and Head of Packaging Sourcing. Prior to this, Stephanie spent over 18 years at L'Oréal, progressing through several key positions such as Purchasing Manager in the Active Cosmetic Division, Worldwide Lead Buyer/Commodity Packaging Purchasing, and Packaging Purchasing Manager for Yves Saint Laurent. Stephanie's expertise encompasses category strategy development, supplier management, strategic negotiations, cost optimization projects, and team leadership. Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Industrial Process from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Ingénieur de Génie Chimique and an Ingenieur Chimiste degree from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Toulouse.
