Mariana Castilho is a skilled product designer with extensive experience in leading design projects across various industries, including AI, Marketplace, SaaS, and Web3. Currently serving as a Staff Product Designer at Pierre since July 2024, Mariana previously held the position of Senior Product Designer at Vercel, focusing on product design leadership. As an independent product designer at MRNCST Design Studio from April 2018 to May 2024, Mariana successfully transformed initial concepts into production-ready interfaces. Additionally, Mariana contributed to the design community as a product design mentor at 10X Designers and served as a lead product designer for Web at Universe. Past roles include Senior Product Manager at Qonto and Advanced Analytics Lead at Uber, where Mariana specialized in Product Trust & Safety for the Latin American market.
