Aaron West

Aaron West is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Pierson Wireless since October 2012, Aaron drives company goals through the exploration of new technologies and the development of a high-performing team to capitalize on emerging market opportunities. Prior roles at Pierson Wireless include Systems Engineer, focusing on RF performance and testing procedures, and Technician II, where responsibilities included installation and testing of in-building solutions. Earlier career experience encompasses a position as Lab Technician II/Contractor at Manpower International, Inc., conducting packaging tests, and as a Laboratory Technician I/Student Worker at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where responsibilities included protein sample purification. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological/Biosystems Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
