Francesco Lovatin

Francesco Lovatin is currently the Vice President at Pietro Fiorentini USA, Inc. since December 2017, where responsibilities include leading site growth. Previously, Francesco served as Chief Operating Officer, focusing on the expansion of the components business in the American site. From July 2021, Francesco has been the Division Leader at Pietro Fiorentini S.p.A., overseeing growth at the Desenzano facility. Prior roles at Pietro Fiorentini included Project Manager and various KPO positions, implementing lean processes and supporting business initiatives across American and French sites. Francesco began a career in lean production at Luxottica Group Spa as an intern and worked as a Lean Expert at GlaxoSmithKline. Francesco holds an Executive MBA from CUOA Business School and a Master's degree in Management Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova.
