Giada Carlet

Giada Carlet, MSHRM, PHR, currently serves as an HR Business Partner at Pietro Rosa TBM since January 2024, focusing on strategic HR initiatives for 520 employees across Italian and US operations. With extensive experience, Giada previously held senior HR roles at Marcum LLP from July 2019 to July 2023, where responsibilities included implementing executive coaching programs and managing the full employee life cycle. Prior experience includes human resources management and consultancy at the City of San Angelo, where notable achievements involved revising policies and leading recruitment efforts.
