Enoch Shreyas

Enoch Shreyas has extensive experience in human resources and business leadership, currently serving as Business Head at Essvee Consultant since November 2024 and as a Founding Member at Pieworks since March 2021, where responsibilities include partnering with founders to establish leadership teams and managing a team of recruiters. Previously, Enoch held the position of Head of Human Resources at Myndtree Business Services from November 2019 to February 2021, overseeing a team of 40 recruiters and managing recruiting activities, employee policies, and client relationships. Enoch also worked as Manager of HR & Administration at Lantrovision (S) Ltd from September 2015 to July 2017, focusing on statutory compliance and recruitment, and served in various HR roles at IBM from December 2006 to September 2015, managing HR operations and employee relations for approximately 450 employees. Enoch holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature obtained between 2004 and 2006.
