Noaman Ali

Noaman Ali is an experienced financial professional, currently serving as the Director of Financial Reporting at PIFRA since December 2007. Responsibilities include preparing fiscal reports according to GFSM 2001 and IPSAS, managing budget mechanisms in SAP, conducting internal audits, and ensuring financial integrity within government accounting processes. Additionally, Noaman has served as a Financial Reporting Specialist, Public Financial Management Expert, Management Accountant, Credit Administrator, and External Auditor across various firms, including KPMG and Grant Thornton LLP. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Project Management from Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology, SAP FICO certification, and ACCA certification in accounting and financial management.
