Heidi Wirtz

Heidi Wirtz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in outdoor and adventure sports, as well as a commitment to educational initiatives for women and girls. As a co-founder of Earth Play Retreats since March 2013, Wirtz focuses on promoting conscious community and stewardship of nature through adventurous yoga retreats. In addition to this role, Wirtz has served as an athlete and ambassador for Pigeon Mountain Industries, Inc. and as a climber for multiple companies including Metolius Mountain Products, The North Face, and La Sportiva. Furthermore, Wirtz co-founded Girls Education International in November 2006, aiming to enhance educational opportunities for women in mountainous regions worldwide. Wirtz has also acted as an ambassador for Hugger Mugger Yoga Products, LLC from 2007 to 2011.
