Oluwaseunfunmi Okuntola has had a diverse work experience since 2016. In 2016, they were a Network Intern at Amni International Petroleum Development Company Limited. In 2017, they were an Executive Assistant & Marketing Intern at City Gas Nigeria Limited, where they were responsible for generating periodic sales reports, managing relationships with clients, and preparing documents, reports, presentations, and schedules. In 2018, they were a Software Marketing Intern at CityTech, where they worked with a team of ten to map out lead generation strategies for CerveApp, a business finance app. In 2019, they were an Executive Assistant at Boomerang Havas Africa, where they were featured in a user-review interview for Opera Mini, worked closely with the Activations team lead to map out strategies, and was responsible for the video production of a user review interview. Finally, in 2019 they were also Deputy Manager and Team Lead of Customer Finance at Piggyvest, where they ensured that over 3 million customers received contractual service expectations, managed the Customer Finance team, and strategically implemented scrupulous measures in mitigating fraud activities. In 2020, they were promoted to Customer Finance Officer at Piggyvest, where they ensured that customers received contractual service expectations and utilized latest training support standards and procedures to provide high level of customer service.

Oluwaseunfunmi Okuntola obtained a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Information Technology from Bells University of Technology between 2014 and 2019. In 2021, they obtained a Product Management Certificate from ProductDive in the field of Product Management.
