Temidayo Ogunsusi

Temidayo Ogunsusi has a comprehensive work experience in customer service and customer support roles. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Customer Service Agent at Mesan Catering Services, where they assisted customers with orders and bookings, resolved concerns, and provided product information. They also achieved the recognition of Employee of the Month. From 2021 to 2023, they worked as a Customer Service Associate at Dtunes.ng, where they provided assistance to customers regarding online trades of digital assets, resolved disputes, and contributed to the development of training materials. They received the title of Customer Service Agent of the Month twice during their tenure. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Executive at Piggyvest.

Temidayo Ogunsusi obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Microbiology, General from Obafemi Awolowo University, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. In addition, they received a certification in Grammar and Punctuation from Coursera in May 2023.
