Baptiste Rondeau

Baptiste Rondeau currently serves as the Directeur of the école supérieure PIGIER Nantes since November 2023. Prior to this role, Baptiste held the position of Responsable d'Agence at ALTIDOM from April 2017 to February 2023, where responsibilities included managing a client portfolio of approximately 150 clients with the assistance of an assistant, maintaining relationships with key prescribers for client acquisition, and supervising a team of 60 to 110 home helpers and personal care assistants. Baptiste was also involved in recruitment and participated in strategic decision-making as part of the development committee. Earlier in the career at ALTIDOM, Baptiste worked as a Responsable de secteur, focusing on targeted outreach to healthcare professionals, overseeing client relationships, and managing the recruitment and performance of approximately 30 employees. Baptiste obtained a Master 2 (M2) degree from NEOMA Business School between September 2013 and December 2016.
