Rafik Chala

Rafik CHALA serves as the Co-Managing Partner at Progress Trainings since March 2021, focusing on enhancing individual and organizational performance through continuous skill and knowledge development. As Directeur Associé at Crescendo International since January 2014, Rafik CHALA provides consultancy in international business relations. Additionally, Rafik CHALA has held consulting roles at Pigier and CACI since 2013 and 2014, respectively, specializing in various areas such as professional training, marketing, sales techniques, and Customer Relationship Management. Previously, Rafik CHALA was involved with the National Agency for the Promotion and Development of Technological Parks, providing coaching and guidance to young entrepreneurs in ICT from 2011 to 2017. Rafik CHALA's earlier experience includes management and general management roles at CODE Communication Algérie and a brief position as Chargé d’affaires at SIRA Algérie in 2008. Educational achievements include a Certificate of Achievement in Leadership & Communication from Dale Carnegie Training in 2016 and various degrees in business management, project management, advertising creation, and international trade.
