Jan Hill

Jan Hill currently serves as the Global Head of Business Transformation Advisory at Pigment, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jan was with Anaplan from November 2019 to December 2023, where the titles included Senior Principal and Principal in Business Value & Strategy. Jan also gained extensive experience at Deloitte Consulting from February 2014 to November 2019, serving in various capacities such as Manager and Senior Consultant focused on Finance & Enterprise Performance and Strategy & Operations. Earlier career experiences include working at bp from August 2008 to February 2014, involved in FP&A and commercial operations, notably during the Deepwater Horizon incident response. Jan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematical Economic Analysis from Rice University.
