Julien Benavente

Julien Benavente has extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and HR. Julien is currently serving as the Business Hiring Lead EU/US at Pigment since 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as the Talent Acquisition Manager EU/US at Pigment from 2021 to 2023. Julien has also worked at UPTOO, where they held various positions including Head of Talent Acquisition from 2019 to 2020, Business Unit Manager [IT - Digital] from 2016 to 2019, and Talent Acquisition Specialist [IT - Digital] from 2015 to 2016. Julien briefly worked as an Executive search/Headhunting consultant at VIDAL ASSOCIATES Consulting & Search in 2014. Julien also held the position of Training Manager at Métropole Rouen Normandie from 2013 to 2014. Julien started their career as an HR Assistant Intern at La Banque Postale in 2013, followed by internships at Air France and SUEZ environnement in 2011.

Julien Benavente obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from NEOMA Business School from 2010 to 2013. Julien also participated in an exchange program at Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China in 2012 and 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Khâgne degree at Lycée La Bruyère from 2009 to 2010 and completed a year of Hypokhâgne at Lycée Lakanal in 2008 and 2009. Additionally, in January 2024, Julien Benavente obtained a certification in Cyberdiplomacy from Riot.
