Magnus Drogell

Magnus Drogell has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Magnus started their career as a Consultant at Hay Group in February 2002, where they worked until February 2004. Magnus then joined Willis Towers Watson as a Senior Consultant in February 2004 and transitioned to become the Founder & CEO of Oakbridge Consulting Group in October 2004. Under their leadership, the company expanded and was acquired by Watson Wyatt in 2007. Following the acquisition, Magnus became the Managing Director of the Nordic Region at Willis Towers Watson from November 2007 to September 2009, where they successfully grew the business and managed a team of 10 consultants. In September 2009, Magnus founded Agerus i Sverige AB and served as the CEO until October 2011, during which they achieved impressive revenue growth. Finally, in March 2012, Magnus embarked on their entrepreneurial journey once again by founding PIHR, where they currently hold the position of Founder & CEO.

Magnus Drogell obtained their Gymnasieexamen from Sigtunaskolan Humanistiska Läroverk in the years 1993 to 1995. Later, they pursued higher education by enrolling at Western University from 1997 to 2000. At Western University, they earned an Hon.Bachelor degree in science with a focus on Economics and Media Information Technoculture.
