Elad Kolet

Elad Kolet is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as an Advisor at Piiano, Redesign Health, and Jabra Hearing, Elad previously co-founded Lively, where Elad acted as CTO until its acquisition by GN Hearing and subsequent rebranding to Jabra Hearing. Elad's notable career includes significant positions at Facebook, where as Engineering Group Manager, Elad led multiple teams focused on ads products and partner integrations, and during a tenure at Microsoft, Elad designed the Azure monitoring service. Earlier experience includes roles at RiT Technologies and the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). Elad holds a BSc in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, and culinary training from the International Culinary Center.
