Alicia Chen

Alicia Chen is a highly experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Pika since June 2024, focusing on tools for residential and commercial services businesses. Previously, Alicia co-founded Pavilion, where responsibilities included guiding the company from prototype to Series A, building an engineering team from scratch, and growing the organization to over 40 employees. At the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Alicia worked as both Engineering Manager and Product Manager, contributing to educational and justice reform tech initiatives. Alicia's earlier roles include Head of Desktop Platform and Software Engineer at Dropbox, where strategic direction and product development were key responsibilities. Prior experience at Microsoft included significant contributions to the Remote Desktop team, where impactful architectural changes affected millions of users. Alicia holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University.
