Zach Hardin has extensive experience in law enforcement, currently serving as Chief Deputy at the Calhoun County, Illinois Sheriff's Department since August 2019, where responsibilities include managing daily operations, conducting investigations, and directing staff. Promoted to Sergeant in December 2022, Zach oversees patrols, incident investigations, and employee performance evaluations. Previous roles include Deputy Sheriff at both Pike County Sheriff's Department and Grafton Police Department, as well as positions as Police Officer at Bunker Hill Police Department and Public Safety Officer in St. Louis. Zach's experience also spans private investigation and fire protection, complemented by an educational background in Business Administration and Criminal Justice from Lewis and Clark Community College.
