Crystal Dixon

Crystal Dixon has a comprehensive background in program management and community engagement, currently serving as Programs Manager and Neighborhood Center Project Manager at Pike Place Market Foundation since June 2016. In this role, Crystal oversees the pre-opening planning for the Neighborhood Center, collaborating with the Advisory Group and neighborhood stakeholders to develop business plans and ensure effective communication. Prior experience includes serving as Community Engagement & Administrative Services Manager at Wellspring Family Services, where responsibilities included managing a successful volunteer program and day-to-day operations for a facility serving hundreds of clients daily. Crystal's earlier role as Unit Director at Boys & Girls Clubs of King County involved enhancing program offerings for middle and high school members. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Peace and Conflict Resolution from Arcadia University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of the Pacific.
