Joel Dill, P.E.

Joel Dill, P.E. has over 13 years of professional experience in the energy industry. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Reservoir Engineer for Encana and Cornerstone Natural Resources. In 2013, they joined Bonanza Creek Energy, Inc. as a Senior Manager of Operations and later as a Manager of Drilling and Completions, where they built an engineering team to support multiple rigs and frac crews. Joel also managed Operations Geology and supported development and budgeting processes. In 2021, they became the Director and Head of Production and Midstream Engineering at Civitas Resources, Inc. and in 2022 they were appointed Vice President of Engineering at Pikes Peak Energy. Most recently, in 2023, they were appointed President at Roberts Excavation Corporation.

Joel Dill, P.E. received their Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Wyoming. In February 2015, they obtained their Professional Engineer certification from the Wyoming Board of Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors.
