Mark Bernstein

Mark Bernstein has held various roles in the technology industry since 1992. In 1992, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Virtuality Group Plc, a global leader in virtual reality technologies. In 1998, they were the Vice President of International at GeoCities Inc., one of the world's first social network businesses. In 1999, they were the Co-Founder and CEO of Gameplay plc, a computer game distributor. Mark also held various board and investor roles in public and private companies from 1999 to 2003. In 2003, they were the General Manager of AOL - ICQ Inc. in Israel. From 2013 to 2022, they were the Founder and CEO of Wearable Technologies Limited and Visijax Limited, and was an honoree of the Consumer Electronics Show Innovation Award. In 2022, they began roles as Non Executive Chair of Loadsure, a VC-backed Insurtech Managing General Agent and Lloyd's coverholder, and Non Executive Director of Pikl Insurance, a UK insuretech. Mark is also currently the Chair of Diligentsia Limited, an ultra low cost SaaS platform.

Mark Bernstein obtained a BA in Accountancy from the University of Stirling, Scotland from 1979 to 1982. Prior to that, they attended Shattuck Military Academy in Minnesota, USA from 1979 to 1980. From 1974 to 1978, they attended Highgate School in London and obtained \"A\" Levels. Mark also attended The Hall School in Hampstead from 1964 to 1978 as a preparatory school. In 1984, they obtained a Chartered Accountant certification from the ICAEW.
