Marco Moraschini

Marco Moraschini began their work experience as a Software Developer at Fedegari Autoclavi SpA in 2010. Marco then had an internship at Vesenda in 2014, where they developed 2D and 3D GUIs using C# and WPF. In 2015, they worked as a Software Developer and Bioinformatician at Universitätsklinikum Erlangen. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Computer Vision Engineer at im3D - Medical Imaging Lab, where they developed Computer Vision systems for the automatic analysis of 3D mammograms. Marco utilized C++, Python, and Bash for production code, scripting, and data analysis. Marco joined Smart Data Factory in 2018 as a Data Scientist until 2021. Marco then moved to OROBIX, where they worked as a Data Scientist from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Data Scientist and Software Developer at Piksel, starting in September 2022.

Marco Moraschini completed their education at Università di Pavia. From 2007 to 2010, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering at the same university. In addition to their formal education, Marco Moraschini acquired additional certifications in the field of artificial neural networks and deep learning. In March 2018, they completed the course "Neural Networks and Deep Learning" and in April 2018, they obtained a certification in "Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization, and Optimization," both from Coursera.
