Sarah Pritzker has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sarah worked as the Vice President of Operations at Buncha, where they managed neighborhood store deliveries and implemented cost-saving measures. Before that, they were the General Manager of Capsule Minneapolis, leading their first expansion market and driving significant growth in customer numbers. Sarah also served as the Director of Business Operations for Capsule's NYC Pharmacy Operations, focusing on improving customer experience and reducing errors. Prior to that, Sarah was the Interim Chief Growth Officer at Bim Bam Boo, where they led sales and marketing efforts and achieved a revenue growth of over 900%. Sarah founded and served as CEO of Atlas Provisions, a startup focused on introducing responsibly sourced food products to US consumers. Sarah also gained experience as an Associate Marketing Manager at General Mills and held roles at Grow North MN, Nice Ride Minnesota, PritzkerOlsen, P.A., and Backroads.

Sarah Pritzker earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, as well as in Spanish Language, from Bowdoin College, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Sarah furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, completing their studies from 2014 to 2016.
