Clarissa Smirnov is an experienced Pilates Instructor with a strong background in teaching all levels of Pilates, including advanced group and private sessions. Currently active at Embrace Health, Pilates ProWorks, and Core Pilates Sausalito since 2013, Clarissa focuses on alignment, proper mechanics, and mind-body awareness to enhance mobility, stability, strength, and overall physical performance. Previous experience includes a role as Director of Sales Operations at DS Laboratories from 2005 to 2012. Clarissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications/Advertising from Florida International University and comprehensive instructor training from ITT Pilates.
