Andrea Caggiati

Andrea Caggiati is an experienced professional with a strong background in technical support and software development, currently serving as Team Leader for Customer Technical Support at Pilatus Aircraft Ltd since January 2013. In this role, Andrea leads a team ensuring effective technical support for government customers while managing engineering resources and overseeing contractual commitments. Previous positions at Pilatus include leadership roles in software development for Ground Based Training Systems and Computer Based Training, as well as a Technical Lead overseeing mission systems development. Prior to Pilatus, Andrea worked at Altran Italia S.p.A. as a Software & System Engineer and at ST Microelectronics as a Product Engineer, with early experience in software implementation for security and multimedia systems. Andrea holds a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
