Darren Graham

Darren Graham has a strong background in human resources and management consulting. Darren is currently working as the Human Resources Manager at Pilbara Minerals Limited. Prior to this, they held various roles at Rio Tinto, including Senior Manager for Digital Transformation, Global Business Partnering, Regional HR Operations, and HR Operations, Analytics, & Strategic Workforce Planning. During their time at Rio Tinto, they successfully built and managed global delivery capabilities for AI and data science products, led HR operations across the Asia-Pacific West region, and established centralized analytics and planning functions. Before joining Rio Tinto, they worked as a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and McKinsey & Company. Darren also has prior military experience as an Infantry Officer in the British Army, where they received leadership training and led soldiers on operations globally. Darren Graham obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Human Geography from the University of Bristol, where they studied from 1994 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended Wellington College from 1988 to 1993 and completed their A-Levels, focusing on Sciences.
