Jason McClure

Jason McClure has worked in the IT industry since 2008. Jason began their career as a Site Lead/Project Manager at Homeland Solutions, Inc. where they managed operations of the Naval Marine Corps Intranet, scheduled and performed installation of cabling, and provided deliverable reports for customers. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as an IT Technician at Camellia Home Health & Hospice where they managed Active Directory and Group Policy for a network environment, managed VMWare/ESXi Virtual Environment, and handled e-mail administration. From 2012 to 2019, they worked at Southern Pine Electric as a Network Administrator and Manager of Network Operations. In this role, they led a team responsible for Network and Security Operations, Compute/Storage Infrastructure, endpoint devices, Active Directory, application installation and patching, Microsoft Exchange administration, endpoint and server security, VOIP and cellular telephones, and systems administration. Jason also reconfigured the network infrastructure to provide capabilities for security, VOIP, RADIUS, Syslog, etc. Since 2019, they have been employed at Pileum Corporation as a Senior System Engineer and Systems Engineer.

Jason McClure's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from The University of Southern Mississippi, which they obtained between 2002 and 2006. Jason also obtained two Associate of Science (A.S.) degrees from Meridian Community College, one in Telecommunications Technology and one in Electronics. Theirsecondary education was completed at Meridian High School. Additionally, Jason McClure has obtained several certifications, including VMware Certified Professional 6 - Data Center Virtualization (VCP6-DCV), CompTIA Network+, Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching), Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA Security), and A+.
