Joanna McNamara

Joanna McNamara currently serves as the Product Quality and Compliance Manager at Pilgrim's UK since May 2023. Previously, Joanna held the position of Technical Manager (Maternity Cover) at Westfalia Fruit from July 2022 to May 2023, and worked as a Junior National Account Manager at Fenmarc Produce from January 2022 to June 2022. Joanna's career also includes experience as a Commercial Executive specializing in Avocado at Worldwide Fruit Limited from November 2016 to January 2022, and as an Administration and Logistics Controller at Petface from April 2016 to November 2016. Joanna began a career in the industry as a Commercial Administrator at UNIVEG from November 2014 to April 2016, and as a Stock Controller at Fowler Welch from August 2012 to November 2014. Joanna holds a Level 5 degree in Operations and Departmental Management from the University of Lincoln, obtained between 2020 and 2022, and a degree in Sociology focusing on Human Behavior from Uniwersytet Szczeciński.
